ACTUAL UPDATER END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Softeza Development. The terms of this license agreement apply to the Actual Updater ("Software"). The terms also apply to any updates, supplements, support and Internet-based services of the software that you use.

BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THEM, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOFTEZA DEVELOPMENT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

All copyrights to the software are exclusively owned by Ruslan F. Kamalov, DBA Softeza Development.

The software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the software. Softeza Development reserves all other rights.

The software allows you to create update programs.

The software contains the following files that you are permitted to distribute in programs you develop if you comply with the terms below: "Updater.exe", "Downloader.exe". You may sign these files with your certificate.

You may NOT use the software to distribute it with files containing malicious, deceptive or illegal programs.

You may NOT sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer the software, or any subset of the software. You may modify the language files of the software. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this agreement and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

You may NOT transfer, rent, lease, sell, sublicense your rights in the software.

The software includes two editions - FREE and PRO.

FREE Edition
You may install and use any number of copies of the software. You may distribute the software freely for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
PRO Edition
By purchasing a license for the PRO Edition, you are provided with a License Key used to activate and use the software. You are granted a non-exclusive rights to use the software. You may NOT distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the PRO Edition, or any subset of the PRO Edition, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this agreement and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
You may distribute the software freely for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

By purchasing a license for the PRO Edition, you get 1-Year Maintenance Plan, a time-limited right to receive free updates and technical support. It means that for one year you can download and install the latest version of the software from our website, and the license key that you received from us will work with the latest version of the software. Technical support is provided by e-mail, only for questions related to the software.

If your Maintenance Plan expires, you are no longer entitled to free updates and technical support. You can renew your maintenance plan at this page.

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements.
